We at Family’s Choice Care Adult Family Home LLC have expanded our service and added a home next to our first home. Our second home is located at 107 105th St., SE, Everett, WA 98208. In addition to our basic care services, we now offer in-home professional services to avoid transmission of infections from the clinic and emergency hospital visits. We have:

If one of our residents needs hospitalization, Family’s Choice Care Adult Family Home is ready to assist. We follow up on their health and will be their number one health care advocate. All the services and necessary medical equipment are secured by Family’s Choice Care Adult Family Home to give residents the quality care they deserve. We also conduct an initial assessment of health prior to admission, nurse delegation and annual assessment. Upon request, we can provide transportation for our resident’s appointment to the doctor, medical exams or when visiting family members.
